Avec Yes I Are !, Papanosh ouvre un nouveau chapitre de son aventure collective. Pour ses vingt ans, le quintette choisit non pas la célébration nostalgique, mais l’élan du présent : écrire ensemble et faire surgir un livre d'images qui s'animent et se renouvellent à chaque concert.
Fidèle à son humour décalé et à son goût du jeu, le groupe affirme une musique libre, vive et profondément habitée par les esthétiques afro-américaines.
Porté par l’énergie du collectif, où chaque singularité trouve pleinement sa place, ce nouveau répertoire enrichit encore la palette sonore de Papanosh, entre piano, Mellotron, percussions et flûtes venues d’ailleurs.

Le disque Home Songs est le résultat phonographique de la création "Home" avec le saxophoniste et poète new-yorkais, Roy Nathanson (Lounge Lizards, Jazz Passengers), et le rappeur et beatboxer de Cincinnati Napoleon Maddox autour de ce sentiment si controversé de sentir chez-soi.
Le disque Oh Yeah Ho est le résultat phonographique de la création du même nom avec Roy Nathanson, et le tromboniste Fidel Fourneyron (ONJ, un Poco Loco) autour de l'univers de Charles Mingus.

There was ne’er a dull moment in their show, in the Israeli Art gallery, as the group members careened through all manner of genre, style and mindset.
